Stickers, Emojis, and chat icons?

Since the last post I finally did a copyright for a character. Using an application called LINE I made a sticker series to sell from their marketplace. To make chat conversations more diverse than reading text and the latest MEME, stickers can send a message as well. In the future I may use xcode and make these stickers formatted for IOS to be used in messenger. Another exciting path are the animated stickers. The format is known as APNG and there are programs to assemble the PNG images together. This allows you to control the timing and number of loops.

I have also been looking at sites such as Artists & Clients and Fiverr to open up to taking on contracts and commissions. The challenge is to decide on what to offer, how much to ask and the terms to protect all parties. When you are wired creative some of these layers of detail can be daunting to say the least.

These days I do far more illustrating and storytelling than animating. To be honest, the demo reel convicts me and reminds me of what I need to do to make it better. Finding time to blow that to bits and reassemble in new exciting content is the goal! Life continues and attention, focus and such are pulled many ways.

Oh there are a few more doodles to share! I made a couple slides called 'People on Chairs' When you want to draw from observation you take what you can get!

Here are a few more recent sketches just for fun:

If you follow the blog and have some feedback I would always welcome it. Thank you for your patience and I hope you are succeeding at the endeavors you pursue.
